Tienen por objetivos asegurar que los actores clave para las medidas y acciones REDD+ cuenten con las capacidades necesarias, e impulsar procesos de innovaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento que aseguren la sostenibilidad a largo plazo para una efectiva implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Acci\u00f3n REDD+.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el marco del Plan de Acci\u00f3n REDD+<\/strong>, en complemento a los procesos de fortalecimiento de capacidades se desarrolla la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento, que permitir\u00e1 contar con informaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">para desarrollar normativas que respondan a la realidad y necesidades del pa\u00eds en temas forestales y de cambio clim\u00e1tico; incidir en la toma de decisiones para la construcci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas referentes a la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico; apoyar a los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados en sus procesos de ordenamiento territorial; identificar las caracter\u00edsticas y el potencial de especies forestales y productos forestales no maderables para la inserci\u00f3n de estos en cadenas de valor; reconocer y potenciar los saberes ancestrales propios de las comunidades y nacionalidades ind\u00edgenas que se relacionan con los bosques, y garantizar la propiedad intelectual sobre esos saberes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>El pa\u00eds cuenta con materiales y herramientas para el fortalecimiento de capacidades en
