Los componentes estrat\u00e9gicos son las \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas donde se enmarcan las medidas y acciones necesarias para hacer frente a la deforestaci\u00f3n; por otro lado, los componentes operativos apoyan en la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Acci\u00f3n REDD+ al posibilitar la gesti\u00f3n de sus medidas y acciones transparente, eficiente y sostenible.
